My name is Tate Geborkoff (pronounced gay-brr-cough) and I’m excited to be the face and voice of Black Box’s student services. Any question, comment, concern — anything really, can be brought to me and I’ll take care of it for you. I started classes with BBAS unsure of what my acting future might be. I’d been neglecting it for a long time to pursue a writing career and realized at the end of that very first class I should be pursuing both. BBAS reinvigorated me and helped me reconnect to the art that I love; changed everything about the way I approach acting and completely transformed the way I write plays (which was a nice, unexpected surprise). I’m so happy to be joining the team. I really believe in the work this studio is doing and I can’t wait to help it blow your mind.
