Hey!
I’ve been caught up in rehearsals for our fall show, Tennessee Williams’ Summer and Smoke. The actors are great and we’re almost done building our set. I’ve had a great time working with the cast as we’ve been discovering the play together, and I’m so excited to share this show with you.
I want to extend a special ticket discount to you. Tickets for Summer and Smoke can be found on Brown Paper Tickets here.
Normally, tickets are $20. But, for the first two weeks of the show, use the code “denfriends” on our Brown Paper Tickets site and you’ll become eligible for $10 tickets. We’ll also toss you a complimentary drink at the show!
We’re also throwing a huge fundraiser party for Summer and Smoke on Saturday, September 10th. Doors open at 7:30 pm.
We have FREE food donated by Harold’s Chicken and Soul Vegetarian, FREE liquor provided by the awesome Koval Distillery, great music by a hip young band called Dolphins, a raffle featuring tons of sweet prizes (Classes from Black Box Acting Studio, tickets to Steppenwolf, The Goodman, About Face and more, comp passes to the MCA, a dinner for two at Wishbone restaurant, and much much more). A cash bar will feature drinks inspired by the play. Check out our photo booth for pictures with friends and cast members. And, stay late and be rewarded by mad mixes from our house DJs!
Tickets are $15 at the door, but, with your “denfriends” code, they’re only $10!
We also have a Kickstarter! We’re getting closer and closer to our deadline, and without your help, we won’t make our goal, and will lose all of the money we’ve earned so far. Making this production is a team effort
